One camping ticket per person — everyone camping buys their own, whether they're bringing a tent or sleeping in a friend's. A tent isn't included and isn't provided: if you want to camp in your own tent, bring one. Sharing a friend's tent is fine — you still each need your own ticket, and each of you signs your own forms.

A place to sleep in your own vehicle — your car, van or SUV. One ticket per person: if someone else is sleeping in the car with you, they buy their own ticket and fill in their own forms. Your vehicle must be UNDER 12 FEET — twelve feet and over is an RV, and books an RV spot instead. COME EARLY: your car is part of the parking plan and has to be positioned, which cannot be done at the last minute. You park where the marshals put you, and while the field is filling you may be asked to shift. Once the parking is done, you are settled. Bring everything you need to sleep: bedding, pillows, whatever keeps you warm, because it gets properly cold at night. A tent off the back of the car is fine on this ticket, pitched in the space you are given. Bathrooms and showers are in the house, same as camping. THE ENGINE STAYS OFF while anyone is inside the vehicle — this is not negotiable and it is in the rules you sign. There is NO electricity to plug into anywhere on the property, including for an electric car. If you need power, bring solar or a genuinely silent generator.

A place to sleep in an RV somebody else is bringing. You'll tell us whose RV you're staying in, you pay separately from them, and you fill in your own forms and waiver. Every RV is different — speak to whoever is hosting you about what they actually have for you. They may have a proper bed, or you may need to bring an air mattress; you may need linens and towels, or you may not. Sort that out with them. The one thing to be clear on together: everyone sleeping in a friend's RV buys their own ticket.

A spot to park your own RV for the three days. One ticket per RV — that's you, the person bringing it. Anyone else sleeping in your RV books "Stay in a friend's RV" at $499 each, with their own forms — your booking email has a link to send them. What's here: electricity (standard household power — NOT a 30-amp hookup), and a hose to top off your RV's water supply. There is no black or grey water dump on the property — arrange that elsewhere before or after. ARRIVE EARLY: your RV needs to be parked and set up in its allocated spot, so plan to be here by 2–3 PM on Friday — gates open at 1 PM and close at 6:57 PM sharp, and nobody can help position an RV at the last minute.
