What this site remembers
This site records which pages you open, how far you scroll, which room you look at, roughly where you are (a city, never an address), and the link that brought you. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone. If you tap ‘remind me’, we keep the email or phone you give us for that one reminder. On your own device, this site itself keeps: the last room you looked at, so we can show it to you again (‘not me’ clears it); the link that brought you, for 30 days, so the person who shared it is credited if you book; a random id that lets the site tell a returning visitor from a new one — it expires 60 days after your first visit and cannot be extended; what you have typed into the booking form, so you can pick it up if the page closes before you finish; the name and booking you used to send a payment screenshot, so you need not type them again; if you signed up to share the event, the link to your own sharer page, for 90 days, so you do not have to sign up again; if you have a private page here (a sharer’s, a volunteer lead’s, or a schedule you were sent a link to) and have entered its code, the key that keeps it open, for up to 120 days; and, if a form you sent did not go through, what you typed, until it does. A few working notes for the current visit vanish when you close the tab. Nothing else of ours — the card-payment page is run by Stripe, which keeps its own.
